Chef Zac Cribbes Abseils 27 Storeys for Anglicare

melbourne

Executive Chef Zac Cribbes abseiled down 27 storeys from the top of 535 Bourke St in support of Anglicare Victoria.

Foster care is about providing a safe and supportive home to children who are unable to live with their birth parents. Anglicare provides a home to more than 400 Victorian kids each night, and can only achieve this with the support of dedicated staff and passionate volunteer carers. Foster kids face fear each and every day – the fear of being in a new home, fear of being apart from family, fear for the future.

Altitude Shift event is a mass participation fundraising challenge held over two days – April 27 and April 28 each year. The event is capped at 200 participants, with each brave individual facing their fears through an abseil down the 113-metre St James Building at 535 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
